Before submitting a request for space, please consider:
- No date is guaranteed or should be considered firm until a signed contract is executed and all applicable deposits are received.
- All event space requests should ideally be submitted 6 months in advance of preferred dates.
- Inquiries are considered on a space-available basis and are considered in the order in which they are received.

Only tickets sold through our ticketing system (Spektrix) will be considered valid by Thalian Hall.
Settlement: A settlement is made of all ticket sales through the Center Box Office five business days following the close of the event (subject to change, notification will be made). A settlement of online ticket sales is subject to receipt of funds from Spektrix.
