In 1855, the cornerstone was laid for Thalian Hall - a statement of civic pride and a celebration of the importance of the performing arts in the cultural life of our vibrant port city.

On this cornerstone rests over 150 years of renowned performers and performances, key events in the life of our community, and a unique historic venue which continues to inspire new generations to create and experience the best in the performing arts.

We invite you to join us in laying the cornerstone for Thalian Hall's future.

Making a planned gift to Thalian Hall through provision in your will or estate plans, enriches the cultural life of southeastern North Carolina and ensures that generations continue to experience the joys of live performances in this unique historic venue. In addition, you will be making an eloquent and lasting personal statement  that the arts and historic preservation matter.

Announcing the Cornerstone Society for friends who make a gift to Thalian Hall's future through planned giving.
