“Santa Claus Conquers the Martians” is a science fiction comedy that tells the story of Martians kidnapping Santa Claus in hopes that he can bring joy to their emotionless children. The Martian leader, Kimar, believes that their youth need the happiness and imagination that Earth children have, so he brings Santa — and a couple of stowaway Earth kids — to Mars. Chaos and humor ensue as Santa tries to adapt to Martian life while spreading Christmas cheer.

In the spirit of the season, Big Dawg Productions is pleased to announce that $5 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina (FBCENC). The Food Bank’s

mission: “Together, we nourish people facing hunger with healthy, culturally-familiar foods. We build solutions to reduce poverty throughout the region.
