Technical Director
The Technical Director will support THCPA’s mission by planning, organizing and implementing the maintenance and operation of performance-related equipment, including rigging, lighting and lighting control systems, sound equipment, including but not limited to microphones, soundboards, speakers, as well as, digital projection equipment, special effects equipment and other technical systems used during performances and rehearsals. They should be a strategic and empathetic leader, who can assemble and lead a capable and dynamic crew.
